1. Scope
This policy applies to thequiettrace.com, the professional portfolio of Linda Costea. It explains what personal information is collected when you submit an enquiry, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Please do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, government identification documents, confidential case files or other highly sensitive evidence through the website.
2. Information collected
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, reply email address, enquiry type and message. The form also records that you acknowledged this privacy policy.
Technical information
The hosting and form-delivery providers may process standard connection information needed to serve the website, protect their systems and deliver your message, such as an IP address, browser information, request time and security logs.
Location, analytics and cookies
This portfolio does not request precise location, does not use a location widget and does not intentionally run audience analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Links to external services, including LinkedIn, are governed by those services’ own policies after you leave this site.
3. How information is used
Your information is used only to:
- receive, assess and respond to your enquiry;
- continue a professional conversation you initiated;
- protect the form and website from spam, abuse or security threats; and
- meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Information submitted through the form is not sold, used for targeted advertising or added to a marketing mailing list.
4. Service providers
Web3Forms
The enquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms. The information entered in the form is transmitted to Web3Forms for processing and email delivery. Web3Forms acts as a service provider for this function and applies its own technical and privacy terms.
Website hosting
The portfolio is hosted through OpenAI Sites infrastructure and related hosting services. Those providers may process limited technical information required to make the website available and secure.
Depending on where you access the site and where a provider operates, information may be processed outside your country. Service providers are expected to apply appropriate safeguards under their applicable terms and law.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant professional correspondence, protect the website or comply with legal obligations. Messages that are no longer needed may be deleted.
Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to submitted information. However, no internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is why sensitive investigative material should not be sent through this form.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal information, and in some cases data portability or withdrawal of consent.
You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. Contact and updates
To ask a privacy question or exercise a data-protection right, email licoswork@gmail.com, or use the enquiry form on the portfolio and select “Other enquiry.” Enough information may be requested to identify the relevant correspondence before acting on a request.
This policy may be updated when the portfolio, form provider or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
